Students are able to
- name and understand basic definitions and concepts of project management and sustainability in projects
- describe and correctly apply essential methods and instruments of managing projects
- make use of technical tools for project management
- plan, implement and evaluate projects independently
The following topics/contents are covered in the course:
- sustainability in projects
- fundamentals of project management
- essential methods and instruments for planning and monitoring a project (e.g. sustainability plan, stakeholder analysis, time schedule, resource plan, risk analysis, resource and schedule monitoring, etc.)
- planning, implementation and evaluation of an interdisciplinary project as a team
- basic topics of digitalisation and technical tools for project management (e.g. Miro, etc.)
- reflection on project management
