Graduates can independently select the corporate form from legal considerations, can establish, lead and liquidate companies. Various corporate forms are known. Graduates know who legally represents a company and can independently conclude contracts. Budget preparation is, under finance-law parameters possible for graduates and they are familiar with forms of financing, especially for non-profit companies. The public procurement law is well known to graduates and can be applied in its basic features. Graduates are familiar with the basic features of employment law in order to be able to lead a company.

Completed bachelor's degree

The basic and most important corporate forms are taught. Non-profit and thus resulting tax law effects are explained. Indicators relevant for the choice of corporation are illustrated and their application practised. The foundation of a limited company, its management and liquidation are explained. Areas such as private law contracts, company, commercial register, substitution and transfer of undertakings are addressed. Important aspects of employment law for personnel management are dealt with in the course.
