After completing the module, students can
- differentiate the logics and challenges of change approaches and project management
- Determine prerequisites for organizational change
- Identify typical causes of resistance and conflicts and describe how to deal with them proactively
- Understand the understanding of change for agile changes
- Determine communication tools along a change process
