On successful completion of the course, students can:
- discuss how the connection between body and mind impact learning
- define their own strengths and expertise and design a strategy for their own personal branding
- reflect on their own resources and stress level with regard to their ability to perform and study
- describe the importance of time, stress and personal finance management as well as the promotion of self and social competencies for successful studying
