After successful completion of the module, students have a solid legal knowledge. Beyond the theoretical understanding they know:

  • the basics of European business law,
  • the basics of European competition law,
  • the structure of the most important EU institutions,
  • the fundamental freedoms and their significance for international economic life.
After successful completion of the module, students are able to:
  • classify the international dimension of legal transactions,
  • reflect on the fundamental freedoms of European law,
  • analyze legal challenges in the European context.
