Students can describe the relationship between processes and digital transformation. They are able to support the choice of modeling languages and methods in a company and conduct the respective analysis and modeling of processes. They are able to use an electronic modeling tool.

Managing process is a key task in digital transformation. In addition to general business processes, particularly e-business processes are highlighted.

  • concepts of process management
  • modeling languages and methods
  • analysis and modeling of e-business processes (in particular processes relating to content)
  • process mining
  • use of a modeling tool (the same tool is used in the course "Digital Transformation Modeling" in the 4th semester)
