The students can categorize various definitions of digital transformation. They can name various strategies of digital transformation. They can describe current approaches to product development (e.g. design thinking) and can apply methods of project execution (e.g. agile methods).

Several approaches to and methods for transformation are applied in the business world. The key methods will be presented, and support for choosing a suitable method will be provided.
