Students can explain the impact of e-platforms on the business model as well as on internal and external processes. They are able to design a simple webshop by means of a webshop software.
Platforms are a key component in e-business. In this respect, the business model, internal processes, collaborating with partners and suppliers, as well as customer involvement present considerable challenges.
