Students can describe the changes in working and management culture which are caused by digitalization. They are able to establish a link between social change and value shifts as well as changes in working conditions. They are familiar with the basic functions of collaboration software systems and can use them.

Digitalization and the current value shift lead to changes in corporate culture and forms of cooperation. Managers must understand the connections in this area and implement the relevant measures.
