Students can name a company's options for collaboration and integration by means of digitalization. They can analyze the opportunities for integrating business models of various companies and can then describe the challenges that management is faced within this area.

Digitalization challenges old and promotes new forms of collaboration, within as well as across companies. A company's boundaries are extended and this allows for new forms of collaboration.
