Students have developed new strategies for dealing with themselves, their time and their environment, in order to find ways to master the special challenges of study and professional life. Both the promotion of socio-communicative competence and self-competence are prioritized. The students know about the factors influencing learning processes, can combine these with their own experiences and develop learning strategies as well as apply them consistently. They know theoretical concepts of personality development, can connect with their own personality and develop strategies for strengthening their personality. They are also aware of the importance of collegial cooperation in study and work and respectful interaction with each other in order to increase their own job satisfaction and at the same time to analyze and reflect on performance pressure. They are able to identify patterns behind time pressure, elicit and eliminate stress factors, and apply time management tools for long-term, efficient, and effective work and study performance. They can analyze the origins of conflicts and apply conflict resolution strategies.
