After successful completion of the course, students:
- Understand the basic concepts of the Austrian legal system
- Know the most important state institutions and can describe them
- Have initial knowledge of the course of an administrative procedure
- Gain an overview of the different areas of business law
In the course "Public commercial law" the following topics/contents are covered in a fundamental way:
- Introduction into public law
- Fundamental principles and legislation
- Execution
- Fundamental rights
- Economic supervision law
- Economic regulatory law
- International aspects of business law
- Integration of economics and law
