After successful completion of the course, students:
- Describe processes and make recommendations using relevant and appropriate language (passive voice, language of recommendations, topic-specific vocabulary)
- Write a business report in an appropriate style using appropriate English language that includes critical data analysis and recommendations.
- Express themselves grammatically correctly and coherently using appropriate style and context-specific vocabulary, e.g. process description.
- Collaboratively formulate an accurate process description in English.
- Reflect on their performance and identify mutual language strengths and weaknesses.
- Identify individual learning goals and performance based on their self-reflection

- Writing business reports
- Language of business reports (passive/recommendations/formal language/compound nouns)
