The students know and understand advanced methods and concepts of business start-up and business model development and its interaction with the business plan. In addition, students will become familiar with basic concepts and characteristics of takeover-ups as a variant of entrepreneurship. You will acquire knowledge about relevant stages of succession process and are capable of this knowledge into practice (eg. At own start-up projects and M & A and succession planning) to implement.
