Students are able to work on practical problems in the company and develop an understanding of changing social conditions and their impact on the operational personnel work. They understand the strategic importance of human resource management as an essential part of business management and know methods and tools of human planning, recruiting, employment of staff, staff appraisal, staff wages, employee retention and human degradation. Because the people in the company are the most important resource, students learn the basis of the principles, models and methods of knowledge management know the overlying contexts. Based on the processing of case studies, students are able to apply the models and approaches of knowledge management to issue parking lungs from practice.
