Students will learn the essential leadership models and leadership styles and know their impact on the success of managers in companies. You can analyze practical cases with the assistance of management models and derive improvement opportunities for specific situations and assess their own leadership behavior and reflect on the basis of leadership models. In addition, students can use the skills learned in the area of staff development in order to establish a benefit for the company and the employees and get a holistic view of the relationships between strategic management, operationalem management and personnel management. You know strategies to support employees in their (further) development and solution methods for internal problems and conflicts.
