Students are able to compare management concepts from various managerial and leadership levels in different healthcare facilities and other service providers with their own requirements and can reflect on current issues in practice from a scientific perspective and discuss them critically. They are able to take on practice oriented issues; students can deepen their application skills for specific tasks in practice and develop innovative tasks in relation to the perception of leadership and management activities. They are able to include knowledge from science and research, and to assume leadership roles using the strengths and weaknesses of their own leadership behavior in relation to the overall objectives of the institution;
