According to European Union Standards for Nursing and Midwifery (Vgl. FH-Heb-AV StF: BGBl. II Nr. 1/2006 (Version 2016)) health education and preventive medicine are parts of the training programme for obtaining evidence of formal qualifications in midwifery.
The focus of this class is on education and preparing parents for parenthood. They shall be able to respond to questions of social media and be prepared for socio-cultural, economic and lifestyle-related questions as well.
