The students are able to develop power electronic converters and

DC-AC or AC-DC converters for different e-machines, with all

necessary preamplifier, half bridge driver structures, microprocessor

interfaces and electronic safety systems under EMC safe

development leading guidelines. These for several modern power

semiconductors as Smart Power units, IGBT, ICGT e.g.

Also charging power electronic hardware the students are able to

develop.

Design, development and manufacturing of products in the realm of power related devices. Converter topologies, modulation schemes, control, and EMI are seen as coupled issues.
