The students can reproduce and describe various state-of-the-art papers in the field of deep learning (e.g. convolutional neural networks, autoencoders, diffusion models), in particular in the context of medical applications

Machine Learning in Medical Imaging

While each participant will have to present two papers throughout the semester, the focus of this course is both to have interactive discussions of the presented papers and to gain an in-depth understanding of the content.
