The graduate knows about specific case dynamics in connection with interventions and their impacts. Additionally, he/she applies the systemic perspective to describe the correlation between the players and to define the consequences of legal parameters.

In cooperation with organisations, case histories are analysed with regard to specific interventions. There is a focus on systematic question techniques and their effects in support processes. The Analysis and discussions are interspersed with self-reflexive sequences to keep the respective individual perspective present.
