Students have an in-depth knowledge of nursing/ care management and leadership of ventures in the healthcare sector. They are able to assess the importance of resource employees (e.g. older people), as well as health promotion in healthcare ventures. Students gain comprehensive knowledge on the following subjects: services in the healthcare sector, quality of service, customer care management, Unique Selling Proposition, customer orientation/ customer satisfaction, motivation and complaint management, as well as advising institutions and authorities. Based on experiences from occupational practice, multi-disciplinary and inter-disciplinary approaches to the solving of health problems (staff/patients/ clients) are developed.

Consolidation of care management principles, human resource development through health promotion, service quality, customer orientation, customer/ client satisfaction, priority-setting in education, training and further education, complaints/motivation management, consolidation of counseling principles and their possible subject/group-specific applications.
