Carinthia University of Applied Sciences specifically boasts a structured set-up that enables students to complete their studies in the minimum study time. Above all, this promotes student motivation, as well as practical training, which makes it much easier to enter the professional world. This and the personal environment have contributed to my decision to start the Master’s course “Health Care IT” at Carinthia University of Applied Sciences.

I decided on this course of studies in order to use my acquired knowledge from the Bachelor’s course “Medical Engineering” in a targeted manner, but also to gain new knowledge both in the areas of diagnosis and treatment supporting systems of medical informatics as well as health economics. Due to the broad spectrum of future technical challenges in combination with the sound education in the sector of Health Care IT, there are numerous and interesting job opportunities in Carinthia, especially in the Klagenfurt area.
