On October 3 and 4, we had the incredible opportunity to welcome Sue Belton, a multiple award-winning executive coach and best-selling author, to our classroom for two days of immersive learning.

During our interactive sessions, we had the chance to dive deeper into the key principles of coaching, gain first-hand coaching experience through Sue’s demo coaching sessions, and become coaches and coachees ourselves. Accompanied by lively discussions and in-depth reflections, we left the classroom equipped with essential coaching skills and eager to apply them as future leaders.
