As part of the course in “Management & Leadership of Global Teams” in the first semester of our International Business Management Master’s program, we had the distinct pleasure of hosting Klaus Einfalt, CEO of SW Umwelttechnik AG, for an inspiring guest lecture that captivated students and faculty alike.

Klaus Einfalt led the audience through his remarkable career journey, sharing personal stories and valuable lessons gained over decades of management and leadership responsibilities. A particular highlight was his deep insights into the successful expansion of SW Umwelttechnik into Hungary and Romania.
