In 2024, I completed my master’s program in International Business Management, which has profoundly shaped my professional and personal growth. The program's comprehensive curriculum, which includes courses such as International Strategic Management, Data Analytics & Business Intelligence, and Sustainability & ESG Management, provided me with a robust foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of international business.
One of the most impactful elements of the program was the hands-on experience gained through the International Consulting Lab as well as the International Entrepreneurship and Innovation Lab. These opportunities allowed me to apply classroom knowledge to real-world business challenges, enhancing my problem-solving and critical thinking skills. The inclusion of industry experts and guest speakers further enriched my learning experience by providing valuable insights into current industry practices.
The diverse and international class of students created a vibrant learning environment where different perspectives were shared and valued. This diversity, combined with the program’s focus on intercultural communication and negotiation skills, prepared me to navigate and succeed in the global business landscape.

Current position:
I am currently working as an M&A Manager at Kelag International GmbH. In this role, I am responsible for managing mergers and acquisitions, ensuring the seamless integration of acquired entities, and driving strategic growth initiatives. My duties include identifying potential acquisition targets, negotiating deal terms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful post-merger integration. I also work closely with senior management to align acquisition strategies with the company’s overall business objectives, fostering long-term growth and value creation. Additionally, I play a key role in managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the M&A process.
