Under the motto "Simply drop by, leave the day behind, and enjoy the end of the day in a pleasant atmosphere," the event will serve as a meeting point for exchange and socializing. The concept is simple but inviting: In a chill atmosphere, accompanied by music and a sparkling disco ball, the university's caterer, Sandro Kanzi, will provide small snacks and drinks. To welcome guests, everyone attending the opening event will receive a complimentary welcome drink. Additionally, FH Kärnten students will enjoy an exclusive benefit: a 20% discount on all food and drinks.
The "New Year’s Lounge" aims to become the beginning of a regular and informal gathering series, which will be a regular feature of university life going forward. In March 2025, guests can look forward to the next edition with the "Spring Lounge."
