Recently Janet Brown, Senior Lecturer at the School of Management, offered a workshop on the topic “How to make a great first impression” and worked together with the final 8th grade students (8A and 8B) of the bilingual stream of the Gymnasium St. Martin. The participants had to prepare a personal elevator pitch to present themselves effectively within 60 seconds and make a great first impression! The results were impressive. The students were very open and engaged. They are definitely ready to present themselves to the real world of work and university!
