At the beginning of December, the Sustainability Officer and part of the QMOE team, Eva Stefaner, visited the Polytechnic Institute of Porto to meet with Manuela Vieira da Silva, vice president for quality management, accreditation, and sustainability. The exchange aimed to identify future collaborations within the ATHENA network and to learn from each other’s experiences. Through the staff exchange, Eva had the opportunity to connect with Portuguese colleagues from the quality management & sustainability team and the departments of health management and alumni management. The Erasmus+ exchange was an excellent chance to build personal relationships to facilitate future collaboration between CUAS and Porto. Both institutions identified shared interests and work contents and determined common goals to achieve together.
