Choosing the Intercultural Management program (ICM) at CUAS has been a pivotal decision in my life. Over the past three years, I have not only gained invaluable management skills but also expanded my cultural understanding, thanks to the program’s diverse approach and real-world applications. An Erasmus semester in South Korea and an internship abroad in Iceland have allowed me to apply what I learned in international settings and grow both personally and professionally.

What truly stands out about ICM is the supportive, inspiring, and familiar environment created by the professors and fellow students. Throughout these three years, I have found friends from all over the globe and we have made shared memories that I will carry with me for life.
