For the fourth time in a row, the UNESCO Chair team is offering interships to gain a deeper understanding of applied research. The interns are involved in various research projects. One of the main tasks is to carry out visitor surveys in the Dobratsch Nature Park. The survey deals with cross-border visitor flows and attempts to better understand the tourist hotspots in order to derive targeted measures.
The one-month internship, funded by the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG), provides an intensive insight in the field of nature conservation and biodiversity monitoring in protected areas.
